Mailbox Conversion - Single user personal to Outlook PST format

For conversion of a single users mail file or multiple files we charge $250 USD for total size of all NSF files up to 1GB and then $40 Per GB after that. Pricing is based on non compressed size.

• If you have more than one file (but export to the same user) there is a $20 fee per additional file.

• If you want to export Calendar and Tasks items there is an additional $20 fee (covers both Calendar and Tasks - as part of the total package only).

• If you want to export Contact items there is an additional $20 fee (as part of the total package only).

What we need from you to do this:

• You need to send us your NSF file(s) - in compressed format please (zipped preferred - also you should secure  the zip file with a password - and send us the zip file password too).

• If you are having calendar/scheduled tasks items converted we need your time zone.

• If your mailbox is encrypted or you have encrypted items within your mail you need to supply is with your Lotus Notes ID file (usually in the Lotus Notes data or application directory) and password.

Address Book Conversion - Single user personal to Outlook PST format

For conversion of a single users Address Book we charge $150 USD for up to 5000 contacts (which is usually enough for most people),  to a maximum address book size of 50MB. If you have a larger address book please contact us and we can quote you based on the number of contacts and the address book file size.

Address Book Conversion - Public (Company) address book to Outlook PST format

For conversion of Public Address Book we charge $370 USD for up to 30,000 contacts,  to a maximum address book size of 500MB. If you have a larger address book please contact us and we can quote you based on the number of contacts and the address book file size.

Mailbox Conversion - Multiple Users to Outlook PST format

We can also convert multiple users mailboxes to Outlook PST format. Please see pricing for a single user. We will discount this however based on the number of users.

• For 10 or more users we offer a 20% discount.

• For 50 or more users we offer a 30% discount.

• For 100 users or more we offer a 40% discount.

All other database types and other output formats (i.e. like document repository or custom applications etc)
